Diet Journey with HCG Program Week 2

Still remember I posted my first week of Diet Journey with HCG Program last week? If you're miss the post, you may read back (here).

Last seven days, I went back to Mediviron UOA Clinic to met Dr.Lashela to followed up my check up and also get more syringes for second week treatment.



Let's recap my body weight chart for first week:

In total I actually lost 2.2kg for my first week. My accurate weight is 61.3 kg (in digital scale) when tracking at Mediviron UOA Clinic


So after a week, here's my newest updated table.

The accurate weight I will updated in my next post because I don't have digital scale. I will go to Mediviron UOA Clinic for check up later. 
Although this week there's no weight reduction everyday but in general I lost 2kg.



So in total my two weeks weight reduction are


I am quite blessed when I recorded the result everyday. 

Actually there's some different that I can felt such as:-
- my stomach became flatter 
- I need to pin my high-waist skirt
- my face become sharper when camwhoring.
- pants were not that 'tight' anymore


I attended bikini pool party last weekend and this is the prove. I have no edited any in this photo. Not even a single or maybe only adjustment on light.

Perhaps maybe the angel makes me looks slim but trust me! Without this HCG program, I would never wear only bikini in my life tho! 






My skin age is younger than me BUT my body age is much more older than me!! 
What a sad case!! My family member's all 'lanci' (haughty) in front of me because all of their's body age are younger than their actual age. o(>﹏<)o

Okay!! Okay!! I start taking care my body lar~ (╯﹏╰)






So a lot of people curious my meal recently that mentioned on my previous post that during this program, I must follow the special diet (500 to 800 calories per day). Many of you told me is impossible because Malaysia's foods are all in a heavy portion (oil, fats, calories, & etc...)

So the only solution is NO MORE DABAO (takeaway) or OUTGOING MEAL. My mum specially cooks for me and sometimes replace with fiber food.


Maybe you must wondering did I eat rice? No!! I do not like rice and noodles in general. I always avoid to eat them even I am not in diet plan. :D Im'ma fans of meat, yes!! Carnivore types wannabe. Haha~

    Aren't you scared that you will "lose" your breast as well? haha, it won't shrink when you get slimmer? WHAT'S your exact ideal weight xD
    Btw, are those cute illustration were your creation? so cute!

  2. u have to becareful of muesli bars because tho they are low in calorie or fat, they can be high in sugar to give you a temporary 'full' because of the sugar rush..

    boiled eggs also make a good snack, just don't eat the yolk...

  4. Congrats! You look much slimmer now! I love the muesli bars too, they are very yummy and low in calories!
